The Foundation for International Education and Training (FIET) is a 501c(3) public non-profit organization in the United States, with a mission to promote international education and training. Originally started as charity efforts of Stanley Prep, an international education provider, FIET has expanded its roles and training programs to serve foreign government officials, trainees, and interns; and to provide valuable services to disadvantaged populations all around the globe.
Welcome to the Foundation for International Education and Training. As the President and founder of FIET I believe that education is a vital aspect of empowering communities around the world. Our vision of promoting accessible education to those in need is reflected in all that we do. I have spent the past several years developing programs that are designed around this core principle, from providing scholarships to overseas students and hosting training programs for government employees, to building schools for communities in need. No matter the project, it is our goal to make accessible education a reality in every corner of the world. The Foundation for International Education and Training (FIET)
With a strong commitment to international education, Mr. Lee founded a 501(c)(3) public non-profit organization in the US, the Foundation for International Education and Training (FIET). Mr. Lee believes in the value of cultural sensitivity and understanding through international education.
Mr. Lee is also the founder and president of Stanley Prep, a premium US education consulting firm with offices in Los Angeles (USA), Seoul (Korea), Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam). Established in 2008, Stanley Prep serves students and professionals in Asia, as well as international students currently studying at US colleges. Stanley Prep contributes a portion of proceeds to FIET in support of international education and global charities.
Prior to Stanley Prep, Mr. Lee held government posts as a consultant to California Lieutenant Governor Cruz Bustamante on Education, Economic Development, and Asian Affairs. He also was the Commissioner at the City of Torrance, California. Mr. Lee studied engineering at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and Nagoya University, Japan.
Married with three young daughters, Mr. Lee is also active in local education issues by serving on a School Site Council in the Palos Verdes Peninsula Unified School District, California.
Our mission is to promote equal access to education and foster cultural awareness and appreciation by mobilizing volunteers to support underserved communities. Through diverse educational programs and cross-cultural initiatives, we empower individuals to bridge gaps in opportunity and understanding, cultivating a more inclusive and informed global society.
